Horrible company. Anyone who who greatly benefits off others misfortunes is sick and twisted. $35 for a 3 mile ride. Never again!

Terrible business. I called and asked for a ride 20 minutes out (1pm). The lady said yes. She calls me I miss the call I call her back 60 seconds later (btw it wasn't 1pm yet anyways) I'm outside waiting and calling her over and over and she refuses to answer my calls. Now I have no way to work I'm going to lose the job I just started two weeks ago. Terrible company. Last time this happened with them I set up an appointment 24 hours ahead of time to go to work and they never showed up. The lady said they never wrote it down. When the lady picks up she sounds like she's very disappointed you called and it sounds like you're a burden on her or something even though that's her business that's her company and you're calling for a ride.

I was told I'll be right there, and hour past. Finally someone did pick me up, but standing outside at grocery store, it was a good thing that I didn't loose any items that I purchased there at Walmart! I'm sure if the shoe was on the other foot services might be different!🤔
