I have to say that this is the WORST doctors office in the verde valley. The staff besides the actually Doctor, seem so miserable. They really need to change there front staff that know how to do their job and who aren’t rude. Working in a child’s doctors office, their personalities don’t seem so welcoming to children. Thankfully the actual doctors wasn’t like her staff. The staff tells me they can’t print up and documentations about my sons appointment that we had that day. Weird.

I had never written a review in this place, but I think that if I do not comment on this problem it will continue for a long time, all the doctors are EXCELLENT, unfortunately the receptionists need to do their job better, it is a headache for me to wait more than an hour in line every time I need to call them and sometimes they never answer and if they do they are not friendly, before this ladies there were men answering the phone and they did excellent work. I don't know what red-rock pediatric evaluated in the new hires but they definitely need to do something about this big problem.
(This only happens on the Spanish line and it's weird because there are many bilingual people)
