I'm giving this place ZERO stars because there are no minus stars as an option. The experience at this Verde Valley Medical Center Emergency Center is horrific. But since I'm sitting here for 5 plus hours already, it's hard to leave. The hospital management really needs to take a look at the issues they have servicing this community. I would hate to come here when it's busy. You might have to wait 2 to 3 days to get in.

Nope, go anywhere else if you want appropriate treatment. You could die in this ER. They are in bad shape.

I was taken in to the emergency room I didnt want an iv pit in since I was there two days prior the nurse Aaron put the iv in so hard he broke the tip of the ice left both my arms bruised I was scared to get an iv I told them that they then held me down so I started screaming they then sedated me I woke up the next day there and covered in bruises my chest arms legs bruised and scratches all over my body I will be filling a police report

We saw Dr Faldu in Cardiology. He was wonderful. All of the staff were kind and it was an amazing experience. Highly recommend !

We have been sitting in the waiting room for 4 hours now. This is ridiculous! How is this ok?
It's taking over an hour to see a doctor. I don't understand how the CEO thinks this kind of care is acceptable.
