I used Tender Hearts for a few weeks while my mother needed some extra help in May 2015. The The care was great and the office kept me up-to-date with what was going on because I live in Colorado. My problem has been with getting my $403 deposit returned. I have been getting many excuses since June - from the director was in meetings, we have to meet with the Board about how to proceed with this, to the bookkeeper is doing payroll, to the bookkeeper is not in but will call you tomorrow. I haven't received a call yet.

We used Tender Hearts for approximately 18 months. Sadly, my mother passed away in March of 2013. My wife, Kathy, and I were very pleased with the service we received from Tender Hearts. All issues we had were promptly addressed and solved to our satisfaction. As mother's condition worsened, we kept increasing the amount of care we asked from Tender Hearts. All requests were, again, met promptly. Many thanks to all of the staff involved. A special thanks to Litta Bartberger, who was our primary contact (Prescott office.) We had tried other services, but none compared to Tender Hearts. We would recommend Tender Hearts to anyone. Thks - Jeff and Kathy.
