Ryan came to fix drippy hose bib. The new washer was a temporary fix??? Maybe??...He didn't have the right part so would come back if needed to replace whole bib. The drip continued...i called and reminded him of the part etc. He offered an appt for approx. 10 days later. That morning he cancelled and said he didn't want to do the job. I offered alternatives ideas and time options. He said NO. I had paid him approx $140 with the promise of a follow up if needed. He knew the job....got paid for the job with follow up promise.....made an appointment to do the job....then said NO!! HE DID NOT GUARANTEE HIS WORK...TIED UP 10 DAYS....AND CANCELLED AT LAST MINUTE. $140.00 gone. Personally I liked him and think he knows his trade??? But this was a bad deal for me.

Ryan was professional and courteous. He got his work done quickly and efficiently. He got over the same day and a lot sooner than anticipated-we are a bed and breakfast so time was of the essence. Would recommend definitely!!
