Told the staff member 3x I did not want the 7.99 USD 2 yr warranty on the office chair.
He said it was standard and that it would be deducted from the final amount. Guess what? It wasn’t. Such a disgusting business practice to cheat on customers. Buyers, watch out!

Went in to see if they had disinfecting wipes—they had alcohol disinfectant wipes, but that was not the problem. As I was cashing out, the cashier (Lam) made this comment:
“I don’t get why people buy these. Seriously.”
(Me, thinking to myself, there’s a pandemic and he doesn’t get it?)
But I asked him “What do you mean?”
And he responded with: “This is just alcohol and a paper towel. Just get whisky and put some on your paper towel and you’re all set.”
Then I said: “Oh, I don’t have whiskey at home.”
Then he said: “Then buy some.”
I responded: “No thanks, it’s expensive.”
He said: “Well so are these.”
I stay quiet but then I’m thinking to myself what’s up with this guy and why does he care what I buy and don’t buy? I really don’t think those comments were necessary.

I can see why they are going out of business. They kids that work here need training in customer service. They tried ripping me off by overcharging me on reduced priced items. Clearly the zit faced kid employee that was working the cashier lacked basic grammar school math abilities. I was getting practically runned out of the store they even locked the door on me. I guess they are very punctual about closing down. It felt rude and unnecessary. I was already on my way out just had a price concern as I was at the checkout. This same employee did not want me to walk back to check the price, made a big fuss. The price on one item was supposed to be $37.50 (w/25%) but he charged me $38.00. The kid said that they round the prices and they don't make price adjustments. Really?? Sounds like BS. They are stealing from customers. Will go back and record employees and then I will file a complaint with attorney general's office. Its not only the 50 cents but another item I was getting was being charged 10 dollars more than advertised. Oh and the batteries I bought well they were charging me $53 dollars for that. Yeah! Glad I caught that and got it fixed. Still I feel like I overpaid for it as the staff did not want me to go back and check the advertised price. Hell I had one employee at the door (manager) staring towards me down with the keys in hand and the other on the register pushy and rude as hell for me to leave. I have had a bad experience at this store about a year or two ago. Never went back because of another similar incident. I only came today because my GPS got me lost and I saw a huge going out if business banner and decided to check it out.
