I have always had a great experience with Banner imaging. This visit was different. Prior to my visit, I completed a questionnaire that had been sent to me via email. It took me at least 30 minutes and reaching out to my maternal and paternal relatives to gather the information requested in the questionnaire. When arriving at my appointment I was informed that the questionnaire does not link to the facility and they could not access the information. I was requested to complete a paper questionnaire.
What a waste of my time! I was extremely frustrated.
