My wife and I stayed here this week as we were attending the LPGA event nearby. The hotel was very new, clean and the service was outstanding at all touch points. Checkin was easy, breakfast was delicious and bathrooms and beds very nice. The on thing I would mention is that parking is at a nearby parking garage (walking distance) and not right at the hotel like most properties. The location is near a wide variety of restaurants and other interests. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location but from a safety perspective, there is a large gap at the bottom of the hotel room door - combined with a bathroom barn-style door with no ability to lock it which causes a large gap the full length of the door in full view of the front door. This is an extremely poor design that would allow someone to peep under the door and directly into the bathroom. Would not stay here with kids and would advise single females the same. Otherwise clean, convenient location and well kept all around.

Great Hotel located in Downtown Chandler. Quick walks to all restaurants, music, and dancing! Coffee is delicious too!

Rooms: Large, clean and convenient set up.
Nearby activities: It's located Downtown Chandler. Walk around...really nice.
Walkability: Restaurants and entertainment all around the hotel.

First I'd like to say that I stayed here for business, not to party which is what a lot of people in the area are there to do. The hotel itself is lovely, good rooms, friendly staff. The parking is in a garage across the street and the cost is added to the room. But my main complaint is that this hotel is very loud. If you stay in the front rooms of the hotel you hear a lot of bar noise, if you stay in the back of the hotel it's loud cars cruising the area all night. If you are a tourist this is a great location to party and eat at great restaurants. Otherwise if you're going for business it might be a bit loud.
Update.. I've stayed here 2 more times for work in the last few weeks and it is even louder now that the weather has improved. I'll be choosing a different location next time, I simply can't sleep here, between the loud cars, music from bars and leaf blowers starting at 4am no rest to be had.
