Ordered a small bit of sod. It was dry like it had been sitting in the sun for a week and half of it no longer had any dirt attached to it. Needless to say it is patchy and looks absolutely dreadful.

I am sorry to hear that your sod showed up rough shape. Many times this happens in transport during the hot windy days/evenings. Our sod is harvested daily and shipped the same night. If the sod is dry it happened within the last 18 hours, as that is the maximum time between harvest and sod being installed the next morning. We would be happy to replace it with new grass. It would be nice to get this kind of feedback directly from you so we can make sure that you are happy with the outcome.

I bought 600sq ft of Midiron turf and followed the instructions to a T.
It died in 3 months, even with sprinklers and seeding and watering as directed.
I called and told them about the issue and they didnt want to help or partially refund.
I will admit that it was almost a year ago but I honestly didnt know if I could get any help. The delivery was fine, but the grass didnt last.
I would wake up like clock work to make sure everything was getting done on time. I poured my heart into that grass.

Jemara, if the sod arrives in good condition, and you it looked good for 3 months, then it died under your care, not ours. We would have been happy to help you with your lawn, but a year after the fact we can't be of much help. It is up to you to water, fertilize, mow, and educate yourself on the care of the lawn. We can provide you with the information, but we cannot actually do the work for you. If you wanted help or guidance with your lawn, we would have been happy to help you.

Carlton,We are sorry that you had a poor experience. We tried to understand your concerns. We asked you to s3nd us some clear photos so we could see the issue and resolve it. It was only 100sf, which would have gladly replaced the next day. Instead of photos you chose to just post a bad review. I'm sorry we could not resolve this to your satisfaction.
