Terrible experience!! First off, they were out of all waffle cones and bananas so we went with different options. Then, when she went to hand us the ice cream, it was already dripping and melted. By the time we got 10 feet away from the store, the ice cream was all liquid so we tossed it. Yeah it's hot out, but when it's already melted in the store you should probably do something about this!!! Extremely disappointed as this was our first time at this location, will continue to go to the one on ray and the i10 instead of this one.

Great location near plenty of shopping and dining options. Four instead of five stars, no singing with a tip. But, enjoying a cup of ice cream and sitting outside near a fountain on a beautiful October night in AZ makes up for it.
