I am compelled to share my recent experience with Big 3 Automart Superstore in Arizona, and it's a cautionary tale for anyone considering doing business with them, especially if you care about your safety and the integrity of the vehicle you're purchasing.
My 73-year-old mother recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership, expecting it to be roadworthy and safe for her to drive. Unfortunately, what she received was nothing short of a disaster waiting to happen. The vehicle she was sold not only failed to meet basic safety standards but would have also failed Arizona's inspection regulations. It was a blatant disregard for ethics and consumer safety.
Upon discovering the extent of the issues with the vehicle, we were left with no choice but to file a complaint with the attorney general's office. This was not only a hassle but also a deeply concerning situation, as it put my mother's safety at risk and left us dealing with the aftermath of a purchase gone terribly wrong.
The lack of accountability and responsibility shown by Big 3 Automart Superstore is appalling. Selling vehicles that are not roadworthy is not only unethical but also potentially illegal. It's clear that profit takes precedence over customer safety and satisfaction at this dealership.

I had an amazing experience looking at trucks. Bryan was the most honest car dealer that I have met. He was candid, polite and down to earth. Having just moved to the area from overseas and being unfamiliar and not confident with American trucks, he was able to help me know what to look for and which model would work best for my circumstances. And he was willing to help and chat for a while, even knowing that I was unlikely to buy a car from them. Appreciated the positive experience and I hope Ill be able to do business with them in the future. Cheers!

The sales guys are relatively nice. The billing department, on the other hand, is the worst! If you use the prompt for billing, they will not answer. If by some chance of luck you get somebody to answer, I hope they are having a good day. The person who answered for us today was completely RUDE. This person decided to blame us for not getting the email, saying we must have a bad email address. That's funny because I have no problem receiving emails. Her tone and the way she spoke to us over the phone could have been so much better.

The homie Stoke Kold Steve hooked me up wit my first car, amazing low deal, took it out for a spin gave me all the details, great deals for cars in great condition, couldn't be happier, hope u have a good birthday man!
