I have lived in my apt for 10 years and have been through 3 owners, I've been with Norris since they started with this property and I've never had an unpleasant experience with them as far as maintenance or anything really. Nicole is just amazing always pleasant and is always on top of repairs. I thank you Nicole and all of Norris management as well Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family's

It has been a very good experience to rent from this property management.
They always work with you when you encounter any problems.
Credit wasn't good but they still worked with us, we have been renting with them since Feb 2022 till now.

We were at the Penn A unit for 6 months and both the property and the family that owns it are AMAZING! We couldn't have asked for a more homey, convenient and clean location. 10 stars!
