Last week an employee (male) went above & beyond in assisting my husband. My spouse bought replacement bulb for headlight. Bulb dropped into engine area. Employee got it out for my husband! THANKS SO MUCH! Great employee!

The employees here have always been exceptionally friendly and very helpful. They carry a wide variety of items not found in most other places, and are rarely out of stock of anything. It also is conveniently located on Florence Blvd.

I went to the gun counter at Cal Ranch and was helped by a pleasant young man named Phillip. He was super patient and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. Excellent customer service.

Aisles are crowded with stock that needs to be placed making it difficult to manuever feed carts. No available feed carts, had to retrieve one from the parking lot. No manager to assist cashier with over ride, waited until there were at least 8 people in line before asking for additional cashier.
