First time I have ordered from Bullhead City Florist as we live in Michigan. I was absolutely pleased with arrangement our 92 year old mama received for her birthday. I definitely recommend them! Very pretty flowers. Unfortunately my mothers day order was not what I thought I paid for. The flowers I requested was not and completely different then what she received.
We discussed one stargazer and rest lily's and she got all roses? Not even close to what we discussed. Not even flowers that were offered to me!

Hello! We are so sorry to hear you were disappointed, I did however review the order and you had ordered a designer's choice with added lily's at our minimum for delivery. Unfortunately, prices have skyrocketed all over, and the cost to the consumer for 1 Lily stem is $6 alone. We do our best to fulfill to our capabilities, but at the minimum for delivery, the arrangement will not be very large, especially when using the higher cost flowers.
