The office staff determines who gets procedures and meds. Dr. Kosmary gave me injections in August and hit both sciatica nerves. My legs cramped up so bad, I couldn't walk, they told me it was unrelated. Because I had to sit most of the time, the muscles in my buttocks hurt so bad that I can't do anything. He ordered another injection, but his office staff hasn't even put in a referral with my insurance since October . All they do is collect from the insurance company and make you come back month after month. I would not refer anyone to them.

I am a new patient of Dr Kozmary after 3 years with different PM doctors. I had all different kinds of injections and nerve blocks that gave me zero pain relief. I even had a nerve ablation that failed after 4 weeks. I had my left side injected with Dr Kozmary today after the right side a couple weeks ago. I must say..this is the first time in 4 years I have so little pain! AMAZING!! Thank you Dr Kozmary and staff..you all are the best

I began coming to this clinic since shortly after we moved here 10/2020. They have never been close to on time for my regular appointments with the exception of one RNP. She no longer works there They have suggested a number of treatments. Only one has been approved by my insurance.. Today I was 15 minutes late. They refused me service even though . I come to all my appointments, I pay my billand have been patient when having to have waited over 2 1/2 hours for Nina I willbe searchingforanother provider.(there only RNP).
. I have waited well over an hour, sometimes 2 to21/2 hours.

Great front office. Mercedes at front desk is very friendly. Dr. Kozmary is great and NP Kristen is very friendly and helpful.
