A rat hole would get a higher rating.
Showed up 35 min before my scheduled appointment time to complete new patient paperwork. I sat in the waiting room 45 min after my scheduled appointment time before I was called. I was taken to an exam room where my blood pressure was taken and was told the Dr would be in shortly. I waited an additional 35 min in the exam room before I left without ever being seen. My time is valuable too. I wasted half the afternoon at this place. I've had better healthcare experiences in third world countries.

Finally switched my Primary Care Dr. #1 No more visits to Dr. Nabila Aslam (although she was very nice) since I've actually only met her on my 1st visit then passed off to Shawncey Mcpherson, PA-C who acts like she could care less about your health progress; doesn't have any referrals for dieticians/nutritionists (your basically on your own with pamphlets) and simply writes prescriptions. She acts like you are wasting her time. #2 Discovered on my own that they had an online portal. Had to make countless calls to learn how to set that up but it's not a great system because it says you can email your Dr questions but she never returns any inquiries through the system (crickets) #3 Waiting times for your appointments are appalling at this office. The last straw was when I simply requested my lab results be mailed to me (since they wanted me to do lab work but didn't have a follow-up appt scheduled)... Instead, they wanted me to come in. Arrived 15m early, but 1hr rolled by and I'm in the 2nd waiting. With noone checking in on me, I saw Shawncey in the hallway and asked how much longer I must wait. She said I'm not her patient today so she doesn't know but she'd check (liar). Shawncey just disappeared. Another 15m rolls by and then I leave the waiting room to ask if reception can simply print out my lab results. So after 1hr30m later finally saw PA-Josh (very nice young man) who gave me my good progress in lab work. Told him that I must fire my Dr. as they treat people here like a number and waste your time & gas while you are always required to arrive early. Plus, they also fail at calling your back. The patient always has to be on top of them to follow up and make sure they are working for you. Sad, sad, sad that this is what they consider "patient care."

Dr Aslam and her NPs are great. The staff on the other hand is another story. I've been working on obtaining my mom an important renewal on her referral to her neurologist for OVER 5 MONTHS.
I've called over 27 times (as evidenced by my phone records) and left countless messages. I've complained to the people handling the referral process and even cried twice. Every time they assure me it "will get done today" and it never does. They give excuses like "our fax machine has been broken", "we already sent it" (they didnt), "the insurance hasn't sent us anything (they have).
working on finding another doctor asap.
