Had a problem with my system. Actually ADT installed a sensor incorrectly and they told me it would be at least 2 weeks to get a tech to my home. That is not what I signed up for. Terrible customer service

Its a horrible service now Im stuck with a contract of 2 years with such a bad service. Customer service is the worse I was told to buy a router from Amazon so my system could work better like what? Im not using extra money from my pocket to make your expensive service work !!!!!

They continue to try to raise my monthly contracted price while I am still on contract. I signed a contract to keep the price the same for a period of time yet the have tried to raise my price multiple times. I will be cancelling contract immediately when it ends. This is such a scammy, take advantage of customer, company!

Very bad tech support and want to charge every time the hardware breaks and wont even help trouble shoot. Also hardware breaks constantly and they want to charge every time to come and fix it separate charge besides the monthly charge Garbage service and hardware dont work dont fall for it not worth it.

Nothing but constant error messages that support has not helped one but couple months after install still to this day. Nightmare to deal with support and the product. Do not recommend!
