This place is awesome! Recycled my electronics for free and only charged me $2.50 for removing and disposing of a defective battery from a laptop. And great customer service.

I was in today for a possible battery issue. It was handled quickly and efficiently by the staff. Lexis and another young man handled everything quickly. The only issue was the testing machine wouldn't work. It had to be restarted several times and after about 15 minutes, Lexis was able to find out that I had a shorted cell in my battery. My total time in the store was quick but could've been quicker with good working diagnostic equipment. Lexis apologized for the delay, but it was still a quick process regardless.
I'll be back for sure.
