I bought an epiphone sg standard at Avondale store in September 2023. Excellent guitar except that the nut on the jack input kept coming loose. I went in with it and the clerk said I had to leave it for the next day when the tech was coming in. I was unhappy that no one was able to do what was likely a noncomplicated repair. The store manager came in and I told him about it and He spent a 1/2 hour just looking for a replacement nut that would fit and then got it on for me. I really appreciated the service. Just excellent.
