Rented from exceed. Owner decides to sell with a few months left on the lease. Since "the market is really crazy right now" I had to put up with 2 months of showings, repairs, lockbox on my door. They would give a 48 hour notice and treat each showing as a property inspection, in order to remain within the lease agreement. Legal yes, ethical, not so much. If you want to be antagonized by the folks you're paying, Dan and Nicole do it like it's a perk of their job.

I have never had any problems with exceed. They took me in even with having not ideal rental history. There are no problems with the unit or neighbors. They have solved what very Little problems have come up very fast.
My least is up for renewal soon and I look forward to renting with exceed for a long time. They truly seem to not only value, but respect the hardworking American.
