I was recently given a bracelet for a gift that was purchased at Fred Meyers. After I had it sized I attempted to wear it. I wore it three times. Each and every time I wore it, the bracelet fell off my wrist. Lucky for me, I found it each time. I stopped wearing the bracelet and a couple of months later I took it to the store for them to fix it. The salesgirl agreed it was defective and then told me they could fix it for a sum of $72.00. I asked why should I pay for a defective product to be fixed. She had no answer. I asked for the manager to phone me about the issue as the manager was not available. To date, one week later, I have received no call nor any acknowledgement that they will fix the defective clasp. DO NOT PURCHASE AT FRED MEYERS JEWELRY. They will sell you a defective product and refuse to fix it. In order to post this review I had to give them a star rating. I would have preferred to give them a zero rating.

I ordered a set of pearls (that should have taken only one week to ship). Two weeks later they came in damaged and they would not let me see them. I was told by the man working there that they would reorder them for me. Another two weeks passed before I was told they were never reordered and the best solution was to give me a fred meyers gift card. Christmas ruined.

Why are these people always SO nice? If I want Jewelery I go here, even though for groceries I'd rather go somewhere else lol.

I purchased a watch for a very beautiful friend of mine. Everything went even better than I could have hoped. I very much highly recommend Fred Meyer Jewelers for all of your Jewelry purchases.
