They got my car in got it fixed. Dealt with the insurance. Kept me in the loop of what was happening. Returned my suburban looking brand new. They cleaned the inside. They went above and beyond what I was expecting. Would recommend them to others.

Very long process and bad communication. It was challenging. After estimate, repair was scheduled 3 months later - to allow for parts. When dropped off they discovered another part was needed and that it would not be available for 2 months? I was paying out of pocket and they suggested to involved insurance when suddenly my repair doubled. I asked for my truck back, as this was a bumper removal and replacement. After over 10 phone calls and a visit I finally got an answer, they wanted to keep it, I wanted my bumper put back on to drive while they wait for the part that hopefully would be available in the 2 months - they said no promises. I said I definitely need it, after more run around and nearly a week later they finally agreed to put my bumper back on and charge me to pick up - nearly 4 hours labor on something that could be done in less than an hour. Once back for completion - because I would lose all money down if I transferred to another shop(read the sheets you make you sign at estimate), they almost completed it in a week. At the end of the week, the light bars that they removed they said had to go to another shop and they did not know how long that would take, so I told them that I would take care of it - finding that they just cut the wires to both lights. When having my bars reinstalled, it was found that the shop glued parts together instead of using the clips that are called for by both fender flares. Save you and your insurance money and find someone who can talk to their customers with respect, answer or call back when needed and actually finish the job right. The best part of this repair was the detailed cleaning job inside the vehicle.
