Eagles Rest is a nice clean, spacious park with a goegeous view BUT they don't enforce the quiet hours. One night, long term tenants near us called in their friends from town and had a drunken party til after midnight. The police were called by several guests, and patrol cars came two times but no management could be
found. The next day we just got a "too bad" from the park.....no refund, not even an apology for the sleepless night. (We were too mad to sleep after the disruption.) First time we ever had that kind of behavior deemed acceptable.

They refuse to share information about their safety plan during Covid-19. They drove from a highly contaminated state to Alaska, I had to ask if they are taking precautions. Under a FB post they shared that they are opening up the RV park, I asked if they are opening it up to out of staters. I got back some attitude for asking, but I down played it respectfully. I also asked other questions about safety for Alaska and it’s people. I then got harassed and targeted. People then told me ‘they don’t have to tell you anything about safety’. They tried to twist my words and play them in their head with malice, when all I have in mind is safety. They never once updated people or posted anything about covid-19 and their safety plan or even mentioned they had one. Not once, just a joke about it, there is nothing funny about a virus that is highly contagious. It’s good business to reassure people in a time like this. There are a LOT of older folks who enjoy their park, to include my own grandparents. So if me asking about safety makes me a bad person, then I am a bad person. But I won’t risk the safety of my loved ones, not on a place that cares so little about important information.
What’s sad is this whole thing could have been avoided if they had written a well worded post about their safety plan. I would never have had to ask a single question about safety. But they don’t have safety in mind at all.
PS I have all the screen shots of this event.

ugly industrial made cabins next to the highway. the cabins are located in the worst place on the rv park. you can hear cars/trucks accelerating pretty much 24h. what a rip-off for 160$ per night
