Our wildlife tour was amazing back in mid September. We did the 6 hour. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Alaska! We didn't see any whales unfortunately, but we saw Dalls Porpoise (Which have markings like Orcas!), Seal and Sea lion colonies, lots of Mountain Goats, a bear, lots of birds and even got up close to see an amazing Glacier calving! I'd highly recommend. The captain was phenomenal, very entertaining and informative along the whole way.

I give 5 stars to Kenai Fjords Tours for their professionalism. Unfortunately, we visited on a "high-risk" day, with rough seas. Kenai Fjords effectively communicated with all visitors about the conditions out at sea and the choices that we had for the day: either go ahead with the day despite the weather or receive a full refund. Despite the stormy seas, fog, and lower visibility, we spotted whales, seals, sea lions, sea otters, porpoises, and hundreds of birds. And the absolute highlight of it all was the stunning Aialik Glacier; apparently we experienced the largest calving of that glacier that our boat captain has seen in 40 years! Kenai Fjords Tours absolutely deserves 5 stars; they were able to turn around a rainy and stormy day into a highlight of our trip to Alaska! :)
