If I could put a 0 star review I would. I read reviews about how quick Andre was to come and give quotes so I called and he came out 2 days later to check out what I needed done. It has now been 3 months and I still don't have an estimate... I have called over and over speaking with the receptionist and Andre himself that I was still waiting. Being able to get ahold of someone in this company is hard enough but when Andre says "give me 20 minutes and I will call you back" and then still doesn't call back. Then today I see him down the road with my neighbor... but still won't even give me a quote or a call back.

We had a set date/time/place to meet. After Andre was late by 30 minutes, I called Erica to let her know he never showed. She let him know. He called me and said he could do the roof estimation through Google maps. He made several uncreative excuses for not being there. The estimation never came nor did he. I feel sad for his family.
