      image Pros: staff is amazing. Close to everywhere you need to be.
      Cons: no smoke detectors. Rooms aren't very clean.

      We are sorry you had a negative expirence Good morning. All rooms have smoke detectors. They also each have a fire extinguisher. They are not the size of normal detectors. They are placed in the corner of the room. This is the first time anyone has said our rooms are not very clean. Please let me know the date of your stay and room number. Thank you.

      image Metlakatla was good to me. To my work crew. Though we had several room mishaps, they were worked out and managed with kindness.
      The upgrades being done are top notch. One of the best showers Ive had in months. Cant wait for a chance to go back.

      Thank you. Sorry about the mishaps. Next time it would be helpful just having one coordinator for so many people. I know there was room shuffling but we had other reservations before yours were naid and your group took up the entire hotel and my house. Glad everything else was good. Thank you.
