      image Absolutely, by far and away the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Zero WiFi. Zero customer service. Phone doesn’t work. Elevator stopped working with people in it while staying there. Multiple leaks in the ceiling being caught by trash cans and double charged for two nights to the tune of $535.50. Horrendous

      image Do not stay at this hotel if there is anywhere else in kodiak available. Was directed by desk agent to book thru reservations.com, and both the hotel and the booking site charged me for room. Getting the run around about getting the charges fixed. Stay anywhere else.
