I have friends that live here and they are beautiful apartments for low income families, including myself that is getting ready to apply. It's great to have these in our community for when times get tough.

place is always dirty, management indifferent and dismissive, always want to take the cheap way out on everything.

The apartments and grounds are well maintained, especially during the warmer months. During the winter one stretch of sidewalk was treacherous for the better part of two months, making it difficult, if not dangerous, to get from the apartments served by that sidewalk, to the parking lot, laundry room, etc.
