I have a cousin who uses this mail facility and I think the people who own this facility have been very unkind to him. He suffers from massive head trauma and these people asked him many questions he doesn't know how to answer questions and they make fun of him. He rarely comes to the shipping zone any more he sends others to get his mail for him.These people make fun of my cousin and our religion.,

Good evening Sir, my name is Lea, I am very sorry about the bad experience of your cousin. I am the owner of shipping zone. If I ask questions sometimes I do it to make my customers laugh. Some customer comes for 1 copy which it only cost 21 cents I would say. Today is your lucky day you’re a big spender.,I do it to make them laugh not to have fun of them. I do hope your cousin can forgive me. When your cousin came I offered food and water and I wasn’t talking about him at all I was talking to my friends who came and celebrated my birthday yesterday. He ask me to call a cab and I did. I remember I ask him a question where he needs go coz the cab ask me. Again I am very sorry

Monica is hands down, one of the most amazing people ever. A joy to work with. She gave me seven boxes free, from products to be sold on one of her shelves. And she gave me a roll of fragile tape. I will use her services whenever possible. I hope she stays there forever.

Monica was super helpful and very nice to work with. She made sure my fish got shipped right when we agreed on and was able to hold it a few days to hit the ship date. If you want someone you can trust and clearly communicate with you should pick working with them. Will recommend anyone who asks to use her.
