It was my first hot stone massage ever, and it was amazing! I came in with very sore muscles and stiff shoulders and I left feeling very relaxed. The owner as super helpful and friendly! I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a good massage especially those whos never had one!

Booking the Cave for a private event was a breeze and they were very responsive to my calls. When we got there we were able to get set up and get in the Cave right away. The atmosphere was not only calming and relaxing but it was fun and enjoyable. We were able to enjoy our refreshments in the reception area. Pricing was very good and I felt as if we got what we paid for for sure. Loved this experience and will be returning!

She doesn't change the sheets between clients, just a big ew! I had a massage with stained sheets and I smelt the last persons perfume on the sheets. Who does that?

Hello clients! I hope anyone who reads this, can ALWAYS in the future please DO NOT SUBJECT YOURSELF TO LOW SELF STANDARDS! Obviously this unknown client wanted to JUST complain about something that is extremely un true! We take our laundry to be cleaned with a laundry service. Because we trust another facility with our laundry, there may or may not have been a stain on the sheets. We trust this other company with our clients health needs and trust for cleanliness. Sometimes, this may get overlooked, and for that we highly appologize! But each and every one of our clients get CLEAN SHEETS! If you feel that our sheets arnt clean, please feel free to express that PRIOR to your massage. When you leave your massage bed, you will notice oil stains from the massage you JUST had. Unfortunately when we ordered sheets for the spa, we ordered charcoal grey instead of white. Charcol grey is extremely noticeable in oil stains, and will be not re ordering that color again. We have been in Buisness for over 12 years and not one has ever complained or stated about our cleanliness untill now. I feel whoever this client is knows that we are extremely sorry that you felt we used "dirty, used" sheet on you, and letting you know that this is NOT THE CASE, and if it was why write a google review with as an unknown name? Why not say something to the owner of the establishment? You deserve to be treated with nothing but the best from a spa, and nothing less. At a restaurant, You wouldn't drink out of a water glass with red lipstick on it would you and not complain, or ask for another glass? Why would u subject yourself to something so unsanitary? As for the "perfume" we use essential oils and the smell is stained on our hands, while CHANGING SHEETS AND THE FACE COVER, essential oils may have gotten on there making it seem as though its covered in perfume or colone. Any case, we have refunded this client as far as we know their money for their experience here at the spa. Hopefully they understand their mis conception of our use of our laundry and being a clean spa, and hope they will return in the future.
