I cant say enough about the great experience I had going with John. Very down to earth, honest, hard working professional. He told me that he started out with his father and eventually took over the business, which was easy to believe with the amount of knowledge he gave me. My pump had been slowly getting weaker due to a hole in the line and I had scheduled him to come change out the pump. A day later my pump actually went out and he readjusted his schedule to come out the next morning. He changed it out quickly and at a 1/3 of the price some of the other big name companies were going to charge me. Again, thank you John!

I can honestly HIGHLY recommend John (Swan Well & Pump). It's January in Fairbanks and he came immediately to install a new well pump for my house. He was fast, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. Even with all that going for him, he didn't feel the need to gouge us on the cost. He also didn't just leave when his job was done. He took the time to explain how the system works so that I had a better understanding of what to look for in the future. As if that wasn't enough, I called him a few days later about a concern I had, and he came out right away and addressed the issue, taught me some more and charged me NOTHING for it. Thank you John for the exceptional service and for being such a great person.

Excellent service experience!!! This company responded quickly, and in harsh weather to help restore water to our home when the pump had problems. John, who came to help, was professional, educational to us as homeowners, and very hard working. I cannot recommend highly enough.

John the owner is the most honest professional in his business. I had an emergency and he responded immediately restoring water. He was informative and took his time evaluating more than the system to insure any further problems. He takes pride in his work and truly cares about the customer.
