Horrible customer service. Person at the counter with an obvious attitude problem demanded my ID to pick up my package although this has never been asked before. When I asked why and said it has never been required before she snapped "new policy". (I had my key and my slip and the pkg was not certified.) When I asked if this policy was posted somewhere or anything, the only response was "Nope." No apology or even remotely courteous. She answered with short, flippant one word responses and wouldn't even look at me when she was being as rude as she was. If this were a legit new policy I would completely understand and the legitimacy would've been apparent by how she communicated it. Instead, it was very obvious that this person just wanted to do what she could to be as snotty as possible. The location has it's challenges...short staffed, disorganized, etc. But the manager was always working so hard and was friendly so I rolled with it. Unfortunately I no longer see a plus side to this business. It's so sad that places are so short staffed that people who have no business being in customer service can keep such a position.

Yesterday I go to print. I just print one page regular paper. One service sale me price $2,49, its price so surprised me. After living in Alaska for 5 years, the price of printing a piece of paper has never been so high, which makes people feel uncomfortable.but other one serves very good
