I wish they sanitized their tools between customers. Every time I come in they just grab the tools that have been sitting, never seen any clean sterile tools come out of their package. Disappointing, lots of places in Anchorage are lazy like this too.

Went for a pedicure. Nails looked okay when done, but the bottom of my feet were still a bit rough, and the massage was anything but relaxing! Asked if I wanted a sugar scrub. Took a small amount out of a jar and rubbed for less than a minute. Applied lotion and rubbed way too hard and way too brief. Not a pleasant experience. Charged $55! Will not return to this business.

They FORCED me to get gel which made my hands and feet burn when they put it under the light. It was also super expensive and chipped 2 days later anyways. Very disappointing. Services: Pedicure, Manicure
