I received excellent customer service from BMW of Anchorage. There was no pressure to buy and once I did, the sales staff (my salesman was Kurt Zakrzewski and he was phenomenal!), finance department (John) and management were extremely helpful and supportive thru the whole purchasing process. Kurt, post purchase, gave me a tutorial to learn how to use the onboard systems and the follow up from the service department to schedule the install of my perma shield was immediate. All in all a 5 star experience. I will likely never purchase another vehicle from anywhere else!!

My service advisor Trent was absolutely amazing. Communication was amazing, the vehicle was repaired very timely, and the customer service was second to none!! Trent is my go to for anything I need which rare but it happens. Thank you BMW service!
