I want everybody to know. This is the best leasing office in the world truly lonnie Petty. When you get ahead in your rent, you feel good. Everything is working well. It's the idea never to get behind on your rent.

My husband and I have lived in a number of places but never a place with a staff like Wildwood Estates. We have experienced only greatness from management to maintenance. We are both dialysis patients with special needs especially during the winter. Richard had surgery and could not assist me with snow removal so we could get in or out of our truck. I called the office and maintenance responded right away. We have dialysis 3 days a week and when we step out our door we always have a clear path. The office staff is amazing. Denesha and Ruth are the 2 office employees we have had the most contact with. I am not technically savvy but Denesha always help us get our rent paid on time. This speaks volumes for management. They care about the residents here and it shows. People always comment on the negative but not giving praise when it is due. This staff all deserve 5 STARS. This is a very clean well kept apartment complex. I am proud to give Wildwood Estates as my place of residence. Also I have a fear of dogs but the other residents respects this and I have never had a problem. I highly recommend this apartment complex if you are searching for a clean affordable place to live. - Richard & Jacqueline Smith Jr

My experience with Angelica was amazing, I was in a bad situation and she work really fast under my circumstances, I love the quick response of the the maintenance team. Angelica really makes you feel like this is your home

Office will make a reservation with you, you show up and they say they can't show you the room you made the reservation to see.
