When I finally spoke with someone, after weeks of trying to issue submittals, I was told it was a pre-qualification issue with our bond ability. I'll spare you the cuss words since, unlike Rabren, I try to be professional and simply say that is untrue.
I've never been more humiliated in my entire life! I've actually been robbed at gun-point and didn't lose as much sleep. I am forever scarred by this. 1 star
