This rental company is the absolutely worst in all rental car companies to rent a car from. They never answer the phone. They over charged you for deposits and car. They are some liars. When you call to try to talk to someone they answer one time and keep you on hold for over 30 minutes and never come back to the phone. I hate this company and will never rent from the again!!!

Completely unreliable. Cancelled on me last two times in a row within an hour of pickup because they arent capable of planning anything. When they rarely do follow through with what you book you may have to wait 30 min. Thats with only one other person being there. I travel the country and this is by far the most poorly run Hertz location Ive ever been to. If it werent right next to my house I wouldnt bother. The incompetence is way overshadowing the convenience. Especially when theyre more likely to leave you stranded than actually have what you rented.
