There is currently zero way to contact anyone after hours because the number has been disconnected "temporarily". I have a leak currently happening now from something in my upstairs neighbors apartment & no way to contact maintenance to fix. Now to hope my ceiling doesn't collapse before they open tomorrow. (JAN 7, 2022). Have a recurring leak in a bedroom that is creating its own set of issues (mold) & its been that way since Aug 2021. This place is an absolute joke when it comes to fixing anything. There have also been 3 property owners since we moved here in 2020. Do not move here. We were promised upgrades in appliances & countertops. Nothing has been delivered yet AND the rent went up drastically. 1 room has zero temp regulation (hot in summer/freezing in winter) & all they did was adjust the vent flow (closing off some) to "help it enter that room better"....it didn't work. The wall also leaks and you can hear & see the water every time it rains. We have to place buckets and towels out so my child's stuff doesn't get ruined from the leakage. Pics are of the newest leaks-I have lots more.
