We called and made "an appointment" for someone to come and inspect our home plumbing system.
Someone was to come on Wednesday or Thursday of that week.
Nobody showed on either day. We called Thursday to inquire if anyone would be coming. The person who answered said someone would be there. But couldn't give us a time frame No one ever showed.
I called the next day on Friday to check the status of our appointment. I called several times that morning and no one answered.
Not a professional outfit. Seemingly litte care given to providing good customer service.

Called for appointment and explained we lived in adjacent county. The person said they didnt service our area. I explained local plumbers didnt service tankless water heaters and I didnt mind paying for a higher trip charge. Person agreed and scheduled a service call. I phoned day of service to confirm a time and was told they called 30 minutes prior to appointment. No one called. No one came. I wasted a day waiting. They might be excellent plumbers, but Hicks seems to have a real problem with their customer service.
