      image Got put on hold as soon as I called for 20 minutes and then got hung up on before talking to anyone. They also don't do anything when you file a claim

Agents should direct you to the Claims Department, which can be reached at 800-779-2103. A claims representative will gladly walk you through any issues and assist you in filing a claim.
