Too bad there’s not a zero star rating! Bob Pope is terrible. In the process of moving my dad’s mobile home he used my sister as one of his moving crew, threw the AC unit in the back of HER truck and scratched it up in the process of pulling it out, sent her to Lowe’s to purchase the cinder block for the trailer to sit on, after having the blocks delivered he STOLE the unused blocks that SHE PAID FOR and she planned to build a fire pit with, left skirting and trash all over the front and back yard, NEVER reconnected his AC, water or plumbing and my sister had to pay someone else to come do those things AND he left my dad in a very dangerous situation with his mobile home only having FOUR tether straps and by CODE he is supposed to have TEN tether straps! Bob Pope Mobile Home Movers (Bob Pope himself) required payment up front and not only did not finish the job, but he also stole building materials from the property, but he conveniently left the busted or broken cinder block! TERRIBLE!!! DISHONEST!!! THIEF!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND BOB POPE TO ANYONE!! This occurred 2/29/21! We are in the process of taking him to small claims court and have filed a report with the County and State of Alabama.
