I have worked for this company for the 3rd time now and they are very unprofessional and dont treat us fair.. they treat us employees like garbage. I regret coming back to this company and should have stayed at my old job.

We arranged a time for a quote. They didn’t end up coming and called at the time they should have arrived. I had changed both mine and my partners schedules to make this happen and he couldn’t even give us fair earning that he wasn’t coming.
When he tried to reschedule, I let him know that I would be looking elsewhere, he then proceeded to give me a bunch of excuses.
My best advice for them would be to learn to plan ahead, although I do understand things come up, a little courtesy and heads up goes a long way. My partner was waiting an hour and a half for this guy to show up, who never did. I couldn’t answer my phone or check my voicemail as I was at work. My second piece of advice would be to take responsibility, nobody wants to hear a bunch of excuses, when all it takes is a one minute text to keep everyone informed, this text shouldn’t come in at the time they should have come for the quote, but when they realized their plans needed to change.
