My son was t-boned by someone covered with Alfa insurance back on 2-2-24 and I have yet to hear from Alfa. I have attempted to call and been left on hold or told someone will call back and still nothing. I’ve tried online and they send me to this office where I’m getting nowhere. My vehicle was totaled by their customer and I can not get any answers. It’s shameful that all they care about is making money and not taking care of people the way they should. I’m glad I am not a customer here because they do not believe in customer service.

My vehicle was totaled by a customer of Alfa over a month ago and Ive contacted them multiple times and received nothing but being ignored. Online customer service is useless and the office apparently doesnt answer phones or return calls. Just disgraceful customer service. To add insult to injury, the police report clearly states that the vehicle covered by Alfa was at fault so I guess they are hiding so they dont have to pay for my vehicle.

In November, we lost our home to a fire. To say the process of getting back to "normal" has been difficult is an understatement. We found a new home and started the process to purchase that home and of course we need home insurance. Unfortunately, our previous company dropped us due to the fire. Four companies heard the word fire and immediately said no to coverage for us. Luckily, I was pointed in the direction of Alfa and Kirk. First of all, he listened. He was honest in telling us that he was unsure if he could help us and then he worked tirelessly to get us coverage for our new home. On top of that, he was able to get it for well under the price point that we needed! I am grateful that our paths crossed and that I have an actual agent and not an automated recording and a different person each time something comes up! If you need any type of insurance, Kirk is highly recommended by me and my family!
