I ordered our food told them several times what I wanted, the cheeseburger was ordered ketsup only. It came with NO cheese, and pickles in it, the hot dog was cold and looked like it had been made a long time ago. It wasn't good at all. Handed me my mini shake lid wasn't on well and it spilled all over my seat I asked for napkins, waited almost 5 min. Finally found a few in my car and cleaned it best as possible so I could get home.

Wasted 50 bucks to have food delivered to me after workig all night. Whomever it was that made my foot should be ashamed of themselves. The chicken tenders were so old that they were so hard and dry that I couldn't even chew them up. And yes they were indeed cold as well. The mozzarella sticks were cold and so full of grease I think they fried them on at least twice and then just thrown back under the heat lamp to form the cold rubber sticks I got. Now the pulled pork sandwich I took a gamble on that because it looked and sounded so good but my oh my how looks are deceiving!!!! The pulled pork was crunchy rather than tender n moist. And yes it was cold as well, but all that I could have dealt with because I'm hungry remember I just spent almost 50 dollars on this food. It was the spur smell and taste that I just couldn't get past. It literally startled to turny stomach sour to the point I just wrapped it up and chinked it as well. I was able to eat both of the blasts that I ordered although they were both made wrong. One was completely the wrong blast but with the add on I wanted the other was the correct blast but none of the extra add ons I paid for. So today for my soncic order the only thing they did that was correct and how I ordered and paid for it was the fruit slushy. But hey that was 1 hell of a fruit slushy even had an expensive price tag as well being that's all I got for the almost 50 dollars I spent and the fruit slushy was the only item that was done properly and I actually really got to enjoy my hard earned money well spent. It was definitely not worth the process I paid. I have worked in the food and customer service industry for the past 30 years and I don't understand how that type of thing happens! I understand honest mistakes but that was blatant disrespect to me as a human being and someone I'm paying for food and service to expect me to eat the items they put in that bag! I just couldn't bring myself to do such a thing to anyone because no one knows other people's situations be it the fact I have dentures and physically incapable of chewing the tenders and mozzarella sticks down to their financial situation and how hard they worked for the money spent just to enjoy some comfort food. An I'm going to take it a step further what type of emotional and mental stress that people go through every day and the straw that broke the camels back that sends them over the edge to violence towards others or themselves because they just can't take being abused and disrespected anymore! So they lose it and many many peoples lives destroyed and all because someone who applied and interviewed for that job to make a pay check decided that they could just take money from ppl without doing the job they asked for!

Their staff is friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is what's in your car because you eat in your car or there are a few tables if you want to eat outside.
The food is delicious and they have so many choices. Also a whole lot of choices in drinks because not only soda but have flavored drinks and shakes. Lots of flavors for the shakes too.
Parking: Parking is like your very own drive thru.
Kid-friendliness: You eat in your car so you can bring whomever you choose. Fill that car up
Wheelchair accessibility: No need for a wheelchair because you don't need to get out of the car. If you choose to eat at the tables, I would say it's not wheelchair accessible because there's a curb.
