I will start by saying they were the only one out of 5 companies that returned my call - bonus points for that. I had multiple items on my to do list and they were able to come out the next day. Which also happened to be a Friday afternoon- more bonus points! Alex was very courteous and the job was finished in a timely fashion. The price was fair, plumbing is always expensive. Will definitely use again. Services: Boiler repair, Pipe repair

Spoke to someone last week at their office - they said "if we can't make it Friday, we'll be there Saturday". Today is Saturday. I haven't heard from anyone. I called back and left two voicemails. Nothing.
