image Do not recommend for construction workers who pay monthly. If you are laid off you will not receive compensation for days lost!!! Laid-off on the 18th of March, was paid until the 11th of April. John and Gigi offered only $ 20.00 .

Thank you for contacting us. I appreciate the opportunity to clarify the chain of events for you, as we have never met. Your husband was here for a construction job. When he checked in on February 4th, he was aware that we do not refund early departures. It is posted at our check in desk, as well as, in the information we gave him and he signed for. We are not responsible for what happens on job sites. That is between him and his employer. When his second month of rent was due on March 4th, he came in and asked for a weekly rate. From March 4th to March 11th, saying he was not sure his job was going to continue. No problem. He paid for the week. Your husband then came in on March 11th to pay the next week. However, he decided to go back to the monthly rate. Again, we accommodated him and I gave him a credit for the weekly payment and applied it to his invoice and rebilled for the monthly rate starting on March 4th. Which by the way, your husband thanked me for doing. On Monday morning, March 18th, he comes in and says he is leaving as soon as he can pack up his RV! Wow! I can certainly understand him being upset that he drove a long way to go home for the weekend only to come back on Monday morning to pack it up and go back home. Again, circumstances beyond our control. The refund he received was based on the difference between our monthly and our daily rate for the 14 days he was here. Ask him about it. He knows. So, ma’am, this fiasco is why we don’t refund early departures and blend rates and don’t want to be in the middle of work schedules that are way beyond our control. I contacted your husband to ask him if we had a misunderstanding. He said no. We are a small mom and pop operation and take pride in offering a safe, friendly, peaceful and quiet place in the country for our guests to stay. We have a seasonal swimming pool, a propane fill center on site, laundry houses, a large fenced dog park, and free Wi-Fi. We appreciate and thank your husband for staying with us. He said he enjoyed his stay.

image I had my propane tanks filled the storm we recently had took out our big tank at home. So I had my tanks filled and bought a heater to stay warm next. Few days. And the fella that filled my tanks was very friendly n nice his wife was friendly as well. And from what I seen his camp ground is well kept and peaceful the lots are in the tree line are. And anyone that has stayed in camper knows in summer they don't cool very good so the shade trees are a plus. Thank you for the propane my family stayed warm last night very friendly n conversational folks. I will be filling all my tanks there.

image Best campground to stay in the area! We stayed for a week and the owners were so beyond sweet, the campground was quiet, our site was an easy pull thru, and the dog park was a great surprise!
