Loading and unloading times fairly reasonable. They ask you to shut off your truck and stay in their warehouse. You can use their restrooms. Seems like they don't have overnight parking but you can park on the street on the entrance. Nice and professional staff.

Supervisor chris is unprofessional he shows favortism with the training snake jasmine and certain employees! This place is messy.

Not a review of the actual location, but of the company in general. Bought a strap winder on June 1st in the handle had busted off within a couple weeks. I kind of just chalked it up to a loss but after a while I thought I should check and see if there's any warranty. Carrie Hagan got back to me really fast and recommended if I didn't purchase directly from them to take it back to the merchant. Pilot Flying J refuse to take it back because it was past 30 days. When I emailed her back to let her know this, not expecting a result. Just letting her know they wouldn't take it back. She responded by immediately shipping out a replacement. Excellent customer service and would not hesitate to buy any kinedyne products going forward
