image Prestige is a great company to do business with. I called and Jason didn't hesitate, he was at my home within a hr. Mr. Jason didn't stop until he found out what was wrong with my dryer and dishwasher. He also changed a bulb in my kitchen ceiling fan and looked at my garage door. The price don't much amount of service, he went above and beyond, not out to cheat the customer. Fabulous job.

image I in NO WAY recommend Jason or his company. On 5/15/2020, we signed a contract for him to build a 30' by 12' covered back patio on our house. He advised us construction would start within a week. However, materials were not delivered for two weeks and construction began after Memorial day (after being told twice it would be before the holiday). Fast forward a month, it was completed, to which the cost also increased nearly $1000 to get items we had asked for. He also was supposed to reuse a gutter he removed from the house, which he cut too short and was unable to use. Instead of taking care of the issue, he asked me to buy more gutter and he would install it (still not complete). Now, once it was complete, we were happy with the job. However, rainy season came and on Sept 24th, I notified Jason the roof was leaking. He said he would send someone that week. He didn't and he never came out until Oct 9th. He put caulk on a torn shingle. It didn't work and I told him that day it didn't work. He then came back out, after ignoring me several times and I threatened him with legal action on Oct 29th. I then notified him on November 11th it was STILL leaking and providing more pictures and videos. He advised he had Covid and couldn't come out. After some more back and forth, on Saturday December 5th, I asked when he would be out and he said "coming by this week". Then on Friday December 11th, I asked him again via text and he did not respond. I called and he ignored the call on December 14th and he sent a text asking to text instead. I asked when he was coming and he again said he was busy with other jobs. He has not finished the job here, but will blatantly ignore a repair under warranty, to work on another job. Now, with more rain forecast this week, I am going to have to pay another company to finish a repair he was notified on 2 months ago and has yet to rectify. This is a horrible business man, does not keep a schedule as promises, and will leave you hanging for a current job that he deems more important. Buyer beware!!!! Service: Roadworks
