Appeared to be only 2 employees working on a Friday night one young male whom appeared to be his first day and a older female who I'm guess was assistant mgr I tried calling this store 20 times no answer except one was put in hold 25 min I hung up drove there, bty is my primary store for over 15yr. Tried paying with my wife's credit card ,, (wife, & card at home,),, I'm finally waiting on after bout 30 mins then it took about another half hourfor management to figure out how to do this smh

I purchased lights for my rear blinker and a gentlemen there changed it for me. It was the right side that was blinking and the gentlemen named Zach or Jack was his name offered to change them for me being that I know nothing about cars.
A week later the left one has started blinking rapidly and not working properly.
I tipped this guy thirty dollars. Today, I called to find out he was fired.
I explained this to the gentlemen who answered and asked if they could change or fix the problem.
I was informed they are not allowed to.
This is horrible customer service.
Now I'm stuck not knowing how to change this light.
I would never have purchased there if this past employee had not offered to do the work for me.
I feel that since this employee did do the work for me that an employee should fix this problem for me as a courtesy but they said no.
They certainly were helpful when I purchased there.
Shame on them.
