image At times I have to park several buildings away. Residents are allowed 2 vehicles but some have 3-5 but don't waste your time because management does nothing. Non handicap residents park in handicap spaces, management does absolutely nothing. The garbage dumpster is always broke so residents simply throw garbage on the road side. The pool is never clean and don't plan to use the pool side bbq grills. I don't think they have ever been cleaned. People from the surrounding communities come by the car loads to swim and again, management does nothing. People from the apartment complex next to us hang out on our steps, street corners, and kids park smoking weed, management does nothing. I told the maintenance guy the dog waste cans are full and no bags available. Bags of dog waste all over the ground. A few days later I tell management. Several days later it gets cleaned. In two years maintenance has never came to change air filters and when we ask for one it takes several days to get one. We pay too much to have below par management. I have pic to back up all everything I've just said but conveniently it won't allow me to upload. Stay away

image Way overpriced for what we get! Our AC has broken 2 times(once a couple of days ago), our stairs that we called about over a month ago have one broken on it and we had someone fall down them! (We have witnesses) and shower rod has fallen (i know that happens sometimes if it’s been tugged on, which it hasn’t!) Overall, we’re looking for somewhere else to live!

image It was honestly a mistake moving here. The rent is way overpriced. Maintenance is literally a joke, and shouldn’t even be qualified as maintenance men. We have called about a broken stair over a month ago, and no one has responded at all. I have personally almost tripped several times, and others have tripped. We get charged a monthly pest control fee, however our staircase outside is CRAWLING with roaches every night. Our ac unit has broken twice already, both times during hot periods. We had a broken kitchen drawer for almost 3 months right after we moved in because no one would come fix it. The amenities are not the best. The pool was supposed to open memorial day weekend, however it didn’t open until a few weeks later because it was “too cloudy”, however it was really because the maintenance me were probably too busy riding around on their golf cart to do anything about it. Then when it did open, there were so many dead bugs on the top and bottom of the pool, and the maintenance men’s response was “we are just too busy to clean it and keep up with it every day”. It is now 4th of July weekend and it is once again closed because it’s too cloudy. The fitness center is a joke. It is a tiny room with four machines all clumped together. and a tiny tv in the corner. The management also isn’t the best. It is nearly impossible to get a hold of someone because they are never in the office when they are supposed to be. Also, about three months after we moved in, they said we were behind on our water bill, however they had not included our water bill in our overall rent like they said they would do. They waited until the very last minute to notify us that we had not paid three months worth of water bills because THEY had failed to include it on our bill. Trying to park after dark is impossible. Multiple nights I have had to park in front of someone else’s apartment complex because the parking in front of mine was taken completely up. Overall, i would NOT recommend living here. Overpriced and poorly managed!!

image Once a month the trash compactor is over flowing into the parking lot. The rent is way too high here. They rarely come out to fix things. The ac air filters are never changed until the units are froze and leaking through the floor. The roach problem is by far the worst. They are infested and the bug guy only sprays outside unless otherwise requested. Definitely don’t recommend. Oh, and there is never any parking after 7pm. Parking permits are supposed to be used but they don’t. All parking is fair game. Get it or lose it. Even if your vehicle is no longer running.

image Okay so here is the thing, I'm going to attempt to keep my view here as fair as I can make it. So lets get started.... The first thing to know about these apartments is.. the price range. The price range is not competitive to any of their competition infact, they charge anywhere from $855-1,200 dollars. The 855 being a ONE bed room apartment where as you can actually get a 3 bed room apartment literally across the street or left of the facility (ITS ACTUALLY WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE). While the price is about on par for Birmingham apartments its down right pretentious to call these apartments wroth that price range. The other major downfall here is that the apartment complex has struck a little deal with a local internet provider called "Centrylink" which i'm convened is the worst possible ISP in existence. They charge you 45$ for 25MBS and that is literally half the speed of what you can get literally next door for the same exact price but because management made a deal with them they BLOCK all other service providers and for those who don't know 25 Megabits per second isn't good. Parking - Parking is great if you come home at 5PM - 6PM otherwise grab a spot in the publix across the street (YES YOU HAVE TO PARK ACROSS THE ROAD SOMETIMES). The pool - Its pretty good, they clean it semi-regularly it was fun to go in with my daughter. They don't regulate it enough so some residents like to put their animals in it despite the rules. Maintenance - They were okay.. and i mean borderline okay... They are slow to fix stuff we had to remain without air conditioning for a few days without a single response from the maintenance team but they did fix the issue and it was lasting when they did come out and get it done. The apartments themselves - They are actually pretty cramped inside, the floor plan isn't very open and some people like that. Management - The ladies there are pretty good if you can get a hold of them. They've always treated me fairly and i feel like they are really nice people. The worst part about this place is the combination of HORRIBLE internet and HORRIBLE cellular reception in the area combined with the ludicrous prices. Overall I despite the apartments themselves being pretty okay, i CANNOT recommend these. You would be much better off finding the much MUCH cheaper places all around pell city for nearly double the size in rooms. Literally a 4 Bedroom was available next door for 650ish.
